It’s not out there, and if you’re unable to share it I assume you’re more interested in shit stirring than actually protecting women and girls.

I’ve nothing to be defensive of, I work with women every day who are affected by men of all religions and ethnicities, I support them reporting to police and attending court if needed. If I only saw white women and girls I’d tell you, but I don’t. So there’s my evidence, where’s yours?

This doesn’t sound correct vis a vis Australia.

Australia does off shore processing for claimants, using other countries such as Nauru. Claimants cannot enter Australia at all if they are illegal, never mind immediately get the green lights to work. I’m not sure they can even resettle in mainland Australia if they have tried to previously enter illegally.

Australia allows asylum seekers to enter the country before a protection claim is granted only if they arrive with a valid visa, like a work or student one.

Just because many people think that the small boats issue is a national security threat warranting a change in military strategy, that doesn't make it so. The government probably thinks that the military is better utilised defending the country doing what it's already doing.

I'm pretty sure that the government does have the intention to do something about it. Apart from anything else it would be extremely good for them politically. And they have reduced small boat crossings by 40% this year to prove it. But it is extremely hard to eradicate this issue. So far the best ideas we have jointly come up with over and above doing what the government is already doing are a) do something undefined with the military and b) build a giant net.

If you are a civil servant dealing with sensitive data such as this, then you will have signed the official secrets act, and should under no circumstances be disclosing details from that data on social media.

Recorded crime stats don’t support what you say and victims of sexual assault have lifelong anonymity. Prosecutions are in open court, and crime committed by migrants is widely reported. I attend court regularly myself and have many friends in the CPS and who are solicitors.

You seem to be suggesting that crimes are being concealed from the public. That would require an enormous conspiracy which - if you’ve not blown the whistle - you are part of. That would be reprehensible. So you’re either a liar or complicit in something dreadful and likely criminal.
