2. The free prize draw is open to residents anywhere in the world but please note the prize can only be shipped to a UK address.

3. The free prize draw is not open to employees of Don’t Buy Her Flowers or anyone connected to the organisation.

4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this free prize draw.

5. Closing date for entry is 11.59pm on 15th January 2024.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the free prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the free prize draw will be notified as soon as possible by the promoter.

8. Winner will be selected at random to win a DBHF Gift Box to the value of £225. Products may vary depending on stock availability. 

9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

10. The winner(s) will be chosen at random.

11. The winner(s) will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize is delivered.

13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the free prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
