Me!

Starting tomorrow. Made a big fruit salad today and some carrot and lentil soup. Ive yoyo-ed between WW and SW and had success with both (then had 2 kids and piled it all back on!) but I'm really liking the sound of the flex plan - especially free chicken, eggs and especially salmon as that used to be really high in points!

How much cake did you have yawn? Shouldn’t be all your weeklies!!

I’ve been bad today. Hoping for a couple pounds tomorrow to spur me on. Sometimes you just need a wee boost.

I'm loving the zeros too. 👍🏻. It makes you feel less guilty picking but teaches you to pick on the right things.

I'm not liking flex so far :( so stuck on what to have for lunch - with only 23 points there's not many for lunch but I don't want chicken every day. Been on plan since Jan 2nd and not lost anything! Smart points worked so well for me before. I think I'm eating too much zero point food? It was so straightforward before know I'm second guessing everything...

Went to group at slimming world on Saturday and left feeling pissed off at how boring the group is so I've abandoned it and joined WW over the weekend. First meeting on weds.

I've only got until Wednesday night TIL they eat re set so I'll be ok. The week is fine ,it's the weekend that kills me 😬

First week on Flex! Had a bit of a blip on Saturday but been good the rest of the time. Hoping for a loss tomorrow evening! It's been a long week!

Hello, Me! Off to weigh in very shortly, I’ve done one week on flex, so let’s see what happens.

I only joined because it was walking distance and cheaper than Slimming World (one month free) but I’ve actually enjoyed the week. Food wise, its going to get very ‘samey’ very quickly though if I’m not careful.

My only goal currently is to lose (something/anything. 😂) every week of January.

I weigh in Wednesday but I can't get access to the App normally. I have to go via my emailed receipt. It doesn't recognize me otherwise. Then when I get on I can't get the blue dots and the scanner. 🙄

I found flex so easy before Christmas but just haven't got back into it in the new year. Tues is my weigh in day so I'm planning to get back to proper tracking tomorrow because I'm about half a stone up on my pre Christmas weight!

I've been doing WW for a while and lost over 2 stone but got quite stuck. Find that I keep going over my points on Flex so would love to share meal ideas to add some variety and keep on plan.

Just started today with flex. I like that beans and lentils are free. I am planning on making soups up with them as a zero point lunch. Also tuna salad with boiled egg would be another zero point lunch.

Me please. I started on the 4th January. Lost 6.5lbs the first week. Next weigh day is Thursday

I started on Thursday. Had a lovely salmon frittata tonight - can't believe it was free! Also eating a lot of 0% yoghurt with teaspoon of honey for 1 point. I overdid the wine at the weekend and blew all of my weeklies plus some - fingers crossed for a loss this week though!

I'll see the coach tawny on Wednesday. I've tried reloading the App loads of times. Actually...it's stopped me thinking about eating whilst I've been concentrating on that. 😂
