Hope not too late but:

Victoria Park in the centre of town is good for a run around - there's a cafe, crazy golf, a big playground and small botanical garden - plus you get to walk past the Royal Crescent.

The Egg theatre has child friendly cafe with play area and does great productions for kids - not sure what's on this week.

The fashion museum is quite good fun for children - they have costumes to try on etc.

Also the Roman Baths, which has actors dressed as Romans.

Lunch at Jamie's Italian - get there early and queue, it is well worth it and the kids get their own special menu on a viewfinder!

Have a walk by the river, past Pulteney Weir and the Rugby Ground, there is a small maze by the weir which my two love.

And if the weather's rubbish and you're stuck there are two cinemas - go and see The Princess and the Frog!

HTH!

hi there

There is a swimming pool at the leisure centre which is pretty central (by the rugby ground) but tbh it is not brilliant. But they have a kids' pool which is ok - the slide never seems to be working though! There is also a soft play place in the leisure centre - the zany zone (my idea of hell but I sometimes brave it!)

Sadly children can't go to the new Bath Spa which is really lovely.

Enjoy your visit!
