There seems to be loads of us on here saying we've just got kittens. How have the settled in? Mines been here ten days and I'm so bad I've only just let her out of her safe room. I think I was hanging on to my space for as long as possible. This is her she's 12 weeks and is 1.3 her fur makes her look much bigger! Dolly.

Hello Dolly!!! She is gorgeous! This is Toby aka babycat. He's been here 10 days today and he is 10.5 weeks weighing 1.22kg! The vet said he's very bright and lively!!! (I agree)

Biscuit is my bottle-fed kitten, 9.5 weeks, 1271g, tripled in size since we got him at 5 weeks.

He follows me around like a shadow and adoringly watches me. We all love him.

Aw gorgeous and what patience you have. I'm just wrestling with mine to take the worming paste they learn very quickly how to run away

He's adding truth to the word catnap - he sleeps for maybe 45 minutes at a time, gets up, tears around, eats a bit... and catnaps again! What happened to little Biscuit's Mummy that you had him so young? Thank goodness Cookie has taught him, snuggled and groomed him, etc. I wish crazycat would teach babycat to use the plethora of scratch pads available instead of my poor carpet
They had some tuna for tea - he was unfussed. Vet suggested a wide range of food and experiences eg dogs, children, car/bus before they hit 12 weeks as being vital.
Love the pictures - gorgeous little things!

Asmoto · 16/06/2017 20:50

They're all so beautiful!

SingaSong12 · 16/06/2017 20:51

Placemark in the hope of more cute pics

LegArmpits · 16/06/2017 21:01

Here's our pair....Lord Ramsay Bolton and Reek. 😂🙈 Both about ten weeks old. They've livened the place up!

Eliza, his mummy was sick, but alive. Got pregnant young and was not producing much - he didn't grow too well between 3 and 5 weeks. She was losing weight and their vet advised possible early adoption if someone could provide the extra care.

He's a fearless mini panther these days.

TheCatOfAthenry · 16/06/2017 21:11

@LegArmpits, great names!

Kenworthington · 16/06/2017 21:23

This is Jeffrey. He arrived yesterday. It's thought he's about 10 weeks old- he was found and take to the rap a after taking an evening stroll along the seafront on his own! He's mostly been loopy, has had a couple hours sleep over the past twenty four hours, has yet to be properly introduced to dcat1 Colin. This photo was after 5 hours of being here when he eventually zonked out (for 5 mins)

Aren't they all gorgeous. Mines come out of her shell and the play fighting with my yearold big sister cat looks horrific. I'm at work now so have had to lock them in separate rooms although I know the big one with break the little one free. Little Dolly has been in a taxi on a bus and then a tube already just to go to the vets! Here's her trying to get to her sister. Ps are they sisters when they aren't related?

Yes @EachandEveryone, totally sisters.

Vinorosso74 · 16/06/2017 22:41

Squee gorgeous kittens! Kittens are great but I'm so used the calmer older kitty.
Each your Dolly looks so much bigger and braver than I remember! The staff get the updates and us volunteers don't see it all so is lovely to see.

EachandEveryone · 16/06/2017 22:49

Oh do I need to update them? I think the three cats have been adopted together they aren't on the site anymore.

She was a kilo when she left you and she's now 1.3 so she's doing very well. Thank you all so much. We love her.

Vinorosso74 · 16/06/2017 22:57

No don't worry, you don't have to! The trio have gone to the homing centre in Mitcham. I really hope someone takes them soon as I think they will make lovely companions.

EachandEveryone · 16/06/2017 23:08

Aw they are utterly gorgeous. It lovely work you do.
