Pippa and Kate clearly have incredible genes. I have a couple of friends like them, one in particular - naturally very slim and while to maintain/build tone she has to work for it, but not like the rest of us. Post children within DAYS it was impossible to tell she'd given birth.

Ah here we go, although I always roll my eyes at the word "flaunting" in this context. She looks amazing but no surprise really as she was very fit and sporty before. Plus being rich helps!

I saw those Pippa shots and did think that those Middleton women do have amazing genes! I'm sure they are super disciplined and exercise a lot, but I think favourable genetics certainly help them along.

I think how fit you are before your pregnancy helps too. I exercised right up until the day I gave birth and was back in my pre-pregnancy clothes within a week. Wasn't Pippa running marathons and climbing mountains? Not once she got pregnant of course, but that indicates she was super fit!

I followed Vogue on Instagram until recently when I unfollowed due to too many #ads. She's awesome though, really sound. Rock of common sense. No drama whatsoever.

She works out every day. She worked out most days during pregnancy when her sickness wasn't too bad. She did adapted pregnancy work outs and then she had an easy birth and didn't tear (according to her, lucky bitch) and was able to back training quite soon. Breastfeeding too!

So it's not really genetic there, more she's sporty by nature. She must have a lot in common with pippa.

I do find those pictures horribly invasive but it is a public beach. After the first day I'd have never left the pool, tbh but they mustn't mind that much if they went back another day.

Just saw the DM has an item on comparisons of how much each Royal lady has spent on fashion over 2018, including the Euro royals.

Their journos are definitely reading these threads, they rarely report on the non-British royals on non-gossip pieces.

Checking in. I watched the YouTube clip of Mary and Frederik's wedding yday eve. She looked quite haughty as she was getting out of the car, and walking down the aisle.
In reality she was probably trying to keep it together, knowing full well most of Denmark/Australia were watching her. He looked very sweet waiting for her, with his eyes welling up.

It can be quite terrifying walking down the aisle (with everyone looking at you) when you get married as a normal regular person.
However to have hundreds, thousands, millions watching your wedding when you are a royal must make you want to run for the hills in absolute horror!
