What happens on a taster night?

Continuing from previous thread.

@twizzr thanks. Just want to support others on their journeys.

@TheImprobableGirl I love the rye cakes. They are like a rice cake. But I'm having to limit them 😂.

@Testarossa1whoop whoop at the loss and the stone award. Fab day for you.

@boo1507 You can have that gain off next week because you know you can do it.

@Cherrypi That sounds a lovely soup. Will have to try it.

@MumInTheCity Those muffins look fab.

@ALemonyPea I need a hot x bun. I used to eat loads but can't always justify the syns 😂

@Cherrypi you take along a dish to share with the class. My first time I took a bag of baby carrots and sugar snap peas. Have made Stovies, Jambalaya, baked oats, waffles, Crustless quiche. It's a great time to socialise with the class.

Will have to buy them then - 5 for a HEB can't be that bad for you... she says Grin

It's being in the freezing cold that makes me look at the cupboards full of chocolate...

Thanks guys. I didn't eat them. I did eat an apple more aggressively that strictly needed though. I hope the fact I burst into tears might mean I'm hormonal and falsely inflated, It might just mean I am a soppy mare though.

Does anyone else not eat their HEB? I occasionally have bread but not very often and don't really use it on cereal or crispbreads.

Will this be detrimental to my weight loss or not?

Well done @MyGuideJools that's a fab loss.

@Littlepig8834 I always have my HEB as I need the fibre. However my friend doesn't and it doesn't affect her.

Groovee. How many pages do we have before a thread fills up ? I thought it just went on and on .

I usually have my HEB even if it's 2 hifi bars. Don't always have HEA tho except a splash of milk in tea.
Have got a lovely warming chicken and butternut squash casserole for tea, it's just heating up now. can't wait 😚

ALemonyPea · 26/02/2018 17:51

Ideally you should eat your HEA and HEB, won’t do too much damage missing the odd day though.

I love the rye cakes, they’re great with laughing cow cheese on.

Does porridge count as HEB ?

boo1507 · 26/02/2018 18:09

Well done MyGuideJools, that's awesome.

I'm having grilled seabass with wedges and salad tonight. Looking forward to it. I'm considering trying an SP week - has it worked for anyone? I know a couple of you found it wasn't right for you....

boo1507 · 26/02/2018 18:11

LittlePig - some of the tinned soups or dried fruit and nuts can be used as HEB - I do this sometimes as bread makes me feel a bit ick.

boo1507 · 26/02/2018 18:12

Or use HeB Oats to make some yummy cakey snacks?

Report
Littlepig8834 · 26/02/2018 18:30

I always forget about nuts/soup for my HEB. Will check out my book to see what I can have. Thanks all!

Is the theory if you stay the same for two weeks your doing something wrong or is that within the realms of possibility?

Report
Cherrypi · 26/02/2018 18:56

Thanks for the taster info. Best not have dinner before group that night then.
