Anyone had symptoms disappear with a good outcome?

Hi ladies apologies if this has been asked loads before but I'm panicking. Over the past 10 days or so I feel like any symptom i had earlier on is disappearing. I've been lucky not to have any sickness, just nausea which I've stopped getting. My boobs aren't particularly sore anymore just sometimes feel heavy in the morning. I'm still tired but it's not crippling. The one consistent symptom I have is horrendous heartburn, but I have gastric issues and can't take my tablets so I'm not really holding out hope on that one Sad

Has anyone had the same and had a good outcome? I'm 8+6 according to my last period but it could vary when I'm dated as my cycles are long. I have a private scan tomorrow but I'm really flapping about it and need to hear some others experiences.

Thankyou!

Try not to worry. It is actually quite normal not to have symptoms. I had them early on but from 6 to about 18 weeks felt completely normal and baby was fine!

Birdie6 · 04/07/2019 07:34

This is normal at this time. The levels of hormones vary in intensity over time, and those early pregnancy symptoms do just disappear . Don't worry - you'll be fine !

PineappleTits · 04/07/2019 07:37

@timeforakinderworld thanks for replying! That's great to hear. It's not so much the lack of symptoms, more the fact that they are going that is worrying me. Today is going to be sooooo long!

@Birdie6 Thankyou for the reassurance I appreciate your reply Smile

Believe it or not my mother in law didn't know she was pregnant with my sister in law and she went to the hospital with tummy pains and they showed that she was pregnant and she was having a girl !!! she had been pregnant twice before this and she said she really did not know because she had no symptoms at all! Also she's a small lady and she didn't even have a bump ! So strange things really do happen honey! I hope your ok and good luck for the scan ! Don't forget you have to drink lots of water before hand. At lest half an hr before the appointment because otherwise they will want to use the internal scanner ! Dum dum dummmmm! .... 🤭🤩

Millsss · 04/07/2019 07:45

@PineappleTits I wouldn't worry Hun, mine come and go, you get surges of hormones and then they balance out which is why we feel crap and then a bit more 'normal' whatever normal is haha!! I'm 13+4 now and feel like crap again so try to just embrace it, easier said than done! Let us know how you get on today!! 💜

PineappleTits · 04/07/2019 07:49

@blueberrykitty I actually have a friend who didn't know she was pregnant either. He's 11 now Grin

@Millsss aw I hope you feel better soon! If everything's good I will be grateful I don't feel crap, but I'd take a shit day today if it made me feel more pregnant. Can't bloody win! Grin I will update you tomorrow for sure! X

I had a pretty instantaneous loss of all pregnancy symptoms at the same time as quite an dramatic bleed. I was absolutely convinced that was the end of the pregnancy. It wasnt, there was a happy ending.

TwistyTop · 04/07/2019 07:56

My symptoms came and went in the first trimester. My morningsickness and sore boobs pretty much disappeared at around 12 weeks and never came back. I'm 34 weeks now and everything is fine so far!

sausagedoggys · 04/07/2019 07:57

Mine have come and gone all pregnancy. I'm now 30+ weeks xx

Bluefargo · 04/07/2019 08:51

Yes I felt completely unpregnant by week 7.5 didn't feel pregnant again until the bump started showing!! Even my bloating etc had disappeared. Healthy DD resulted!

SamT210 · 04/07/2019 09:09

@PineappleTits I'm 13+3 had sore boobs for about 2 weeks but that's it. I've had no sickness, not really any more tired than normal. I feel completely normal. Had my scan a couple of weeks ago ago and saw a little jelly bean jumping around. Please don't worry, I think it's fairly common to have no symptoms 😆

MrFlibblesEyes · 04/07/2019 09:39

I had the exactly same thing! Had pretty mild symptoms, just minimal nausea and sore boobs and these seemed to disappear just before I turned 8 weeks. Had a massive panic as I'd had a previous loss and booked an early private scan. I started spotting the day before the scan and ended up going to hospital fearing the worst but nope, baby was absolutely fine. Currently 25+1 and he is kicking away as I type! The nausea did come back a couple of days later and I think I vomited about twice but other than that I have been pretty much symptom less since about 12 weeks. Even the sore boobs have gone. Good luck with your scan!

I'm 9+4 & I have a scan in an hour or so as I have suddenly lost my hyperemesis. Never thought I'd be so worried about not feeling sick. MW booked me an early scan as I did have a missed miscarriage previously. Will let you know how I get on.

nzs2019 · 04/07/2019 13:58

Good luck @Ribenaberriesgowoo82

Ribenaberriesgowoo82 · 04/07/2019 15:11

Baby fine!! Wriggly and awesome! Overwhelmed.

Bernifal · 04/07/2019 15:37

I remember having this exact same worry at the beginning of my pregnancy. Suddenly I just ‘didn't feel pregnant anymore’ as everything felt like it had gone back to normal. I’m 39+3 now and definitely still pregnant!

PineappleTits · 04/07/2019 16:10

Thankyou all so much for replying. I feel much calmer about tomorrow.

@Ribenaberriesgowoo82 I'm so happy for you! Amazing news ❤️

This sounds so much like my experience, I could have actually wrote this! My symptoms (which weren't very prominent anyway) disappeared around the same time. All I had left was occasionally sore boobs, but I only felt that when I prodded them. I had an early scan at 8 weeks 4 days that I stressed about for days and everything was fine. My symptoms havent returned and I had my 12 week scan earlier this week and everything is great,
baby measured at exactly 12 weeks with a strong heartbeat.

bessie84 · 04/07/2019 18:10

Just had a read through this and it's really reassuring. I'm in a similar position to OP, 7+4 and I can feel my symptoms subsiding. No sickness yet and nausea is calming down.
I have an early scan booked in on Saturday so keeping my fingers crossed but thank you all for your positivity! ☺️

ShakeYourTailFeathers · 04/07/2019 18:42

Dsis did.... well, if you call twins good news Grin

PineappleTits · 04/07/2019 20:16

@Jen493 I'm made up everything was great, I hope I get the same outcome Smile

@bessie84 oh bless you I know exactly how you feel, I never thought I'd be praying for sickness! Thankyou, I will definitely update the thread x

@S082018 Good luck for your scan, please let us know how it goes. It'll be fine I'm sure! 🤞🏻

@ShakeYourTailFeathers I think I would die of fright on the spot ShockShock I know a lady who conceived triplets without fertility treatment and I nearly fainted when she told me Grin

I agree with several PP, love the positivity and I'm glad it's helping more ladies too x
