I have a 5 year old and 6 month old. It's the first time I'll have both of them alone for 2 weeks and I'm slightly apprehensive about how I'll cope! OH works away so it'll just be me most days, we might meet up with my sister and nephew and friend one or two days but that's all.
So in a bid to stop myself and kids going insane especially as where we live isn't great weather, I've arranged a few clubs for 5 year old.
They range from 2-4.5 hours and I've arranged them for 6 of the days we are off (18 in total including weekends).
But I'm feeling a bit unsure of whether I'm doing the "right" thing, as obviously I don't work so feel bad for sending him to these clubs when really he could be home with me. But I fear he'd be bored and either watching too much tv or wanting me to play with him constantly which I struggle to do all of the time with my baby due to constant feeds, naps, weaning etc.
So thought it would be interesting to see what others do/have planned.
