Joint relief vitamins

Very bad aches and pains mainly am and at night. Thinking of trying a joint relief vitamin - please advise any particular brand? Many thx

A particular brand rather than a particular vitamin? Seems odd thing to ask. Surely all brands will have Vit E in for example if they say they have?!

If you think you have arthritis, it's worth seeing a GP for an assessment. You need to know if it's lack of estrogen or wear and tear on the joints.

Taking vitamins is not the solution- they don't 'cure' arthritis if that's what is is. For that, you need exercise usually, and / or anti inflammatory meds, or estrogen if it's peri meno/ meno.

I had this , spoke to dr she recommended to carry on with what I was doing. Increase exercise, take multivitamins.

I take calcium plus vit d and vit k , boots own or super drug own brand.
