We have accepted a place at HHS kindergarten for our daughter and we would like feedback from anyone who has a child there (or know of anyone who has). We like the look and feel of the school, however, the head was a bit robotic during the tour she gave (I'm assuming it's inevitable since she gives the same tour every week!), which was slightly off-putting not to mention then need for packed lunch.

Our long term plan is either JAPS or Alleyn's and our daughter will be entered for the 4+ this winter. Failing that, she will continue at HHS and enter the 7+ assessments.

Thanks

have you posted on the East Dulwich Forum - there's probably a few HHS parents on there.

Thanks very much, will try there. In the meantime, if anyone else here has any experiences/opinions of the school then do let me know!

Your DD will probably be in the same class as mine! She started in the nursery in September and is really enjoying the setting. This is her first "educational establishment" experience - was with me or a nanny before - so we have nothing to compare it with, but she is absolutely thriving.

We are also hoping for her to go to JAPS.

If you have any specific questions about the school feel free to pm me.
