Headaches and neck ache 6 weeks postpartum

Does anyone have any experience of this? I had my DD 6 weeks ago by c section and have started getting terrible head aches and neck ache. Could it be hormonal? Does anyone know anything about this?

I'm not sure what the cause could be but do mention it at your 6 week gp check. Heat patches may help ease the neck pain.
