Hi everyone,
I've recently started practicing yoga regularly and I've been surprised by how much it has helped with flexibility, stress, and overall wellbeing. Even just 15–20 minutes a day seems to make a noticeable difference.
I'm curious about other people's experiences. Do any of you practice yoga? If so, what style do you prefer (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, etc.) and what benefits have you noticed?
For those who are thinking about trying it, what's holding you back? Time, motivation, or something else?
