Hi everyone,
I've recently started practicing yoga regularly and I've been surprised by how much it has helped with flexibility, stress, and overall wellbeing. Even just 15–20 minutes a day seems to make a noticeable difference.
I'm curious about other people's experiences. Do any of you practice yoga? If so, what style do you prefer (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, etc.) and what benefits have you noticed?
For those who are thinking about trying it, what's holding you back? Time, motivation, or something else?
I'd love to hear your thoughts, tips, and recommendations.

I’ve booked to go to yoga for the first time in 2 years on Thursday. Not just the physicality it used to improve my mental health and general wellbeing. I’ll report back after the class on Thursday.

I’m in menopause and anxious so it’s important I start.

Hi . I started mid January with 12-15 minutes of asanas, and beginning of March picked Yoga with Adrienne Breath series; then Move series and should be finishing Flow series soon. Most days practice is about 20-22 minutes long, so not too long, perfect for me. I absolutely love her and them - I am calmer, move easier and feel more graceful, can’t praise her enough. Will be picking Home and True after and hopefully longer practices after that without boredom. I am around 50 years old for perspective.

I do Hatha Yoga and I really enjoy it. I like the spiritual side aswell as exercise. I find it really relaxing as well as helping with flexibility and balance. I do 2 classes a week at my gym and one at home - usually I use the Deliciously Ella App.

I would like to try Yin and Vinyasa as they do those at my gym too. Have you tried these?
