Daily Practice - July

The year is going so fast @yogachick!

I started today with 20 min sun a/b whilst children were getting ready for their last day of school…it was relatively peaceful lol. Am going to try out a new YouTube teacher later, she has an 80min practice which might be nice as I’ve never done more than an hour at a time.

What’s your overall opinion of True @PatienceOfEngels ? My favourite series are BREATH, and BREATHING ROOM.

True is my favourite, but I think that's because it's the first 30 day series I did with her and I like coming back to it every year. I did like Breath as well but always do it after True. And the most recent one (think it was Flow) because they're all really short!

I’ll have to try the latest at some point.
