Trying to get on the yoga mat every day in May, Sarah Beth,Adriene,Kassandra,however you can

So I did another Sarah Beth today which was excellent. I’m hoping to continue my impressive 3 day streak.

Adriene in the sunshine again today,Yoga to feel your best,though I think I’ll go on grass tomorrow as stone is ouchy on the joints in cross legged. Hovering table in here,I find it sneaky tough on arms and abs.so out of shape🙄

I'm on holiday in a tiny flat but have brought my mat to do yoga in the garden. Neighbours can see but I'm going to ignore that!

Picked up YWA true again yesterday with day 4 floor.
