I had a nap this afternoon so wide awake now. In between this match and our match I am going to hang washing out, change bedsheets, have a shower and empty dishwasher to keep me up because even I regularly stay up till stupid o’clock Sid’s law is this would be the one night I fall asleep!

FIFA and the White House, two bastions of honesty aren't they? It's a disgrace and I hope the Belgians wipe the floor with the USA, no doubt Trump will expect to lift the trophy however they have to cheat to get it.

Have to declare that I spent my 50th birthday with my eldest daughter in Tromso, Norway. Northern lights and knee deep snow. Magical cathedral. Wonderful.

Norway is the most beautiful country I have ever been to. Absolutely breathtaking natural scenery.

Expensive though! Mind you, I've heard their currency is relatively weak right now, so might be a good time to plan a return visit.

Never been to Brazil but do know that the official language is Portuguese.

When we stepped out of Tromsø airport we felt we were on top of the world!

So half time analysis is that in the second half Brazil will score.

My prediction is that either Norway or Brazil will win this match.

I would have expected Brazil to be well ahead by now.
