That was awful! What was the manager thinking? Feel so bad for the 18 yr old ,too much responsibility on young shoulders.
Too tired to watch Cape Verde / Argentina match,might catch as few minutes online. A Cape Verde win would be a fairytale .

Hopefully the 18yr old Aussie will have many successful years ahead and will redeem himself (not that he needs to but I can’t think of the right word!) and it will be a tiny blip in his rear view mirror

I did read that some of the Tunisian players were tested positive for drugs !

At least he wasn’t the only one to miss - I think it would be worse if you were the sole player to make your team go out.

I read that about the Tunisian players - 8 of them!

Ah I felt so much for the 18 year old Herrington, still with teenage acne on his face. Such a responsibility, so much respect. Honestly the older Australian players should have stepped up to take the penalty.
