hi there - I have a PDR tomorrow and am worried about my reactions to my manager's feedback. I have had a rough time in my current role with major short -notice changes, unacheivavle targets, a badly implemented piece of CRM software which I have struggled with, having to suffer the fallout of various personality clashes between my boss and another department I work with, no JD to refer to, no business plan on my sales orientated role. my mh has been suffering a bit I have to say! but how do I get through tomorrow, is it just a case of nodding while my manager dissects my personality (she has a habit of doing this) ? i am looking for other roles of course.
