Part time hours

Currently on maternity leave and thinking of seeking a new job instead of going back to work. However, I only want to work part time as I am not prepared to give up time with my two very young children. I am a professional and am qualified in my field.

The kind of jobs I need to be applying for are always full time. I'm wondering if some organisations would take me on part time. Therefore, at what point do you ask them to consider this?

Before application

On application

At interview

Or on being offered the role

Please advise 😀

I put it on the application form then discuss at interview. Part time professional jobs can be quite difficult to find though.

On application. Any later than this is a waste of everyone's time (yours included)
