for a small business/franchise.

I don't really need a SWOT do I?

What exactly do I need to say, other than "I will have low overheads and high income so will make money fairly quickly, therefore please give me a loan"?

possibly a little more than that at the very least- "low overheads"- how low, exactly, and break it down ie fixed and variable expenses, (rent, loan repayments, insurance costs, website setup and running fees, postage costs, packaging, printing eg business cards, leaflets, paypal/credit card fees, advertising, marketing etc etc etc

"High income"- how high? Will it increase as your business grows? How are you going to grow your business to increase your income.

Might be worth thinking of an exit strategy, too, either good (sell the business for lots of money) or bad (get out without losing everything)
