Playgroups - access at weekends

I am considering setting up some kind of playgroup that can be accessed at weekends. A short time ago there was a thread on here about partners working at weekends and what do you do with the kids? Especially if it is wet and cold! One suggestion was this kind of access. Well I have been thinking about it for a while and decided I am doing too much thinking and should just do it.
So,...I thought I would call upon you all for suggestions on what to offer. Imagine that the sky is the limit what would you want this service to provide for you?

floops, are you thinking about a drop in playgroup, open to any parents (numbers permitting), or something with a fixed group? and do you intend that the parents stay as well, or leave their children with you?

I must say I do like the idea of a weekend playgroup.

Parents to stay really and more drop in than fixed numbers. The idea was more for things to do with your kids at the weekend i.e. together rather than more childcare.
