promotion

didnt get the promotion i went for. althought they can't say i didnt get it cause im 4 1/2 months pregnant, i cant help but feel like thats the reason. my senior was certainly suprised i didnt get it and the girl who i work with who got one of the posts is certainly not as proactive or as hard working as myself.

maybe im still just in a mood tho.

That is probably the reason. Then again see it from other the otherside? Would you promote someone into a job for 3 month before they leave for upto a year?

seeyoukay I don't think that's legal though - they can't discriminate.
Ask for their precise reasons why you didn't get it.

need to wait two weeks till i get the feedback.

and at the end of the day its not like im leaving forever, i'll be back in 6 months!

will just need to wait and see what they say
