I've got an interview on Monday, its only my second one in 17 years!! I am working now, interview is for same company but better job and I really want it, they asked me that question last time and I waffled!

So this time I want to answer it without talking rubbish, plus its different people doing the interview, any tips??

Also, one of the women on the panel is my direct manager, she is great, good laugh, but how do I keep a straight face when she asks me questions!

Have you ever had a personality test (Myers briggs or something)? That might give you some objective positives eg.. I might say - I'm a steady kind of person, loyal, I tend to look for compromises rather than confrontation and I'm very good with detail and getting through complex issues etc etc.

I would never say that off the top of my head but it's a description of my type and it does fit me.

I wouldn't worry about the manager, maybe just greet her with a friendly comment when you get in so the others know that you already know her.
