How much mat leave money to pay back if resign?

Any help appreciated, thanks. A few weeks left of mat leave, have applied for a job after flexible working request turned down. Under company scheme I was paid full salary for 15 weeks. Do I need to pay money back if I resign within a few weeks of returning? If so how much - the extra after the usual pay? My notice period is five weeks. Think I heard that you have to stay in the job for three months before leaving?

It depends on what it says in your contract. I didn't have to pay any money back because it wasn't outlined before hand in my contract.

It's completely up to your employer - as long as they let you know beforehand, in a letter or policy or similar, they can put whatever terms and conditions they like on enhanced maternity pay.
