I wonder if anyone can help reassure me:
I have verbally agreed with my employer that i'll finish work on july 9th, now i'm feeling tired/unmotivated and want to ask to leave a week earlier - does anyone know if i have an obligation to stay until the 9th as originally agreed (albeit only verbally) i have about 5 weeks holiday still to take too so presuming i can just take that first then go into mat leave?
also..
my employer has not asked for anything in writing from me yet (tiny company). Last time i was pregnant i had to sign a form about repaying the additional mat pay they provide (3 months full) but this time i've just given my matb1 form in and that's it. i guess they may still ask me to sign something, but if they don't does that mean i'm not actually obliged to pay the extra pay back?
