Need to organise my life - Bento / Mac Freelancer or something else?

Have also posted this in geeky stuff.

I am freelance at the moment and I need to organise my life.

As I only work a couple of days a week I find remembering tasks from week to week to difficult and a simple paper todo list in my diary is not sufficient.

Has anyone used Bento? Is it any good?

I've also looked at Freelancer for mac but I'm not sure if this is entirely necessary.

Basically I'm looking for Microsoft Office type product with calendar, task list, contacts, mail etc that will use my gmail address.

not sure if it's want you want but you could try paymo (google it). it's web-based and free - records your time, allows you to make project-based task lists, has a calendar. you can use it to generate invoices if you like, and can get it to send you reminders about deadlines. probably worth trying before you pay for something.

"remember the milk" is quite good- also free (but you pay for an enhanced version)

Ooh but I like the sound of paymo- may try that....
