Hi,
I have been working for my current employer since the start of Jan. I don't qualify for SMP as I haven't been there long enough. However, due to taking time out with DS1 I will only finish 26 weeks in the qualifying at my 29th week of PG.
Do I have to wait until that point to lodge my MA paperwork or can I lodge it sooner. I won't be finished intil my 34th week.
It is not a big issue but I do like to know where I am with things!
