What's it like? I know what the job entails but I'm curious also to how other staff at your current school view you and that side of it really.

I am. But I don't do any outreach stuff so am not a 'typical' one. How do staff view me? Erm - probably as the one to check their lesson plans, help them with ideas and PPTs and pinch resources from!!
