SMP and part time workers

This might be a really stupid question but a friend has just asked me and I don't know the answer!

SMP is £124.88/week but is this paid pro rata if you are part time or does everyone get the ful amount?

Full amount OR 90% of your normal wage I think, whichever is lower.
