I've had this flexible agreement for some years but now am being told that I will have to work in the office every day. The only problem is that I have to pick the kids up from school so waiting to see how they intend to still include this. When put in place it does say that it will be reviewed annually - but not sure what this means, as I was under the impression from previous messages that once something is agreed it is a permanent arrangement (although haven't found a link to an official website which says this - any help here?).

Any help as to what my rights are (as newish boss who is questioning/changing everything)!

Tks

Here you go, changes are permanent unless agreed otherwise, which would usually be some kind of trial period or similar.
