I run my own small business from home and need some help. it's very easy work which would suit a teenager looking for some extra cash..can anyone advise me on a fair hourly rate to offer? I was thinking around the five or six pounds an hour mark? Can't really afford anymore than that. would appreciate your thoughts..thanks!

The national minimum wage for a 16-17 year old is £3.57 so £5 to £6 an hour would be fine I would think.
