Help needed with interview presentation

I have just found out I have an interview on Monday and have 2 days to prepare a powerpoint presentation (I live in France and will need to spend all day sat driving back). The role is a step up for me but having not worked since last year my brain has gone into meltdown and I can't think of a single thing to say .

If anyone could give me some pointers on where to start with this I would be eternally grateful:

Scenario

There are two organisations who jointly purchase services from a supplier
One of the partner organisations does not believe that the current arrangement provides them with best value for money
The other partner is comfortable with the current arrangement
You have been recruited as a consultant to propose a solution that would result in partners buying at the best available price

Your presentation should describe the methodology and approach you would take to complete this assignment.

By the way, it's a project mgmt role.

Hoping against hope that none of the panel members are mnetters

Hi everything & thanks.

If I'm reading between the lines the scenario given is a thinly disguised overview of the job I am being interviewed for. Large central govt organisation (unhappy client) has calculated that £millions can be saved by changing the way a local service can be provided. The job will entail going to local authorities (happy client) and getting them to sign up to new solution. They will be resistant so how to overcome this.

I'm just starting to get my head around it.
