I know pretty much what I think I want, but I don't have the creative touch and I need someone to turn what I have created in MS Paint (!) into something slicker.

Don't know about the creative side but if you ever need it protected from the intellectual property side contact my DH at Agile IP - he does preferential Mumsnet rates.

Sorry, I posted and then went AWOL, that is so not done.

Thanks for the offers, I will email my very amateurish attempt over. Any input will be very very welcome.

I used www.design-by-izo.com and he was really good and is helping me get my image right before I launch properly. He is just starting out so pretty good rates.

Hiya
I am the Art Director doing Graphic Design and am trying to get some freelance under my belt.

I'd love the oppurtunity to do this for you.

I am not out to make huge money out of you, I have a full time job and this is really to add to my portfolio and for a little spare cash with the school summer holidays coming up!

drop me an email if interested - [email protected]

I found this programme fantastic. You can download a trial version to play with, and if you can create a logo you want, then you can pay for the software (about £25 I think it was). It has templates or you can start from scratch, do layers, effects, whatever shade colours you want, gradients, reflections, shadows, everything. I did mine on this, and have all sorts of different versions, filetypes and sizes for use on different websites, stationery, etc
