Accrued holiday when not returning after mat leave

I'd be grateful if someone could confirm whether I am right in thinking that having resigned at the end of my maternity leave does not mean forfeiting the annual leave accrued during the period of leave? Thank you in advance.

No you don't forfeit it. You continue to accrue holiday until the day your employment ends, regardless of whether you were on maternity leave or not. Your employer can't take holiday away from you once you've accrued it.

Thank you so much Flowery. I thought as much; my employer seems to think I'm entitled to sweet FA and just wanted to be sure of my facts.
