im due to return to work in july following ML. Im taking the full year off, am returning to part time hours. my manager has agreed but in his letter he stated my holidays are pro rata starting from april 1st. I told him in my letter requesting part time hours that i wanted to come back in july 11 mon tue and wed. he said fine but should my holidays be calculated full time from april to july then pro rata from july. or am i getting it wrong??? tried to phone HR but they still havent got back to me in a week!!!
