Help with paternity pay

Wondering if anybody in the know can help me out with this. My husband has 2 jobs, first one full time no issues with paternity pay. He also has an evening job working 14 hours per week earning £81.62 gross per week. Will he be entitled to any sort of paternity pay from the 2nd job?

No he won't, he's not earning enough I'm afraid. It is possible to get SPP from two employers, but your DH needs to be earning £95 gross to be eligible, so he isn't eligible in his second job.

That's not to say the second employer don't offer anything anyway, he should check their policies.
