Anyone seen polypockets slightly wider than A4

One of my clients has a monthly expenses claim - one of which is a bundle of A4 BT bills - they go all 'bent' in my normal see through polypockets.

No really a life or death situation - but annoying me all the same!

American 'letter' size is slightly wider and slightly shorter than A4, some stationers stock them.

Thanks mmm - I'll have a google for them. Have foolscap but they are longer and skinnier - so no use to man nor beast!

I can't stand those pockets things, whenever a client uses them I seem to end up turning the folder up the wrong way and EVERYTHING falls out. My suggestion is scrap using them and punch holes in it all!!

And I agree it is annoying when the invoices are all folded/crunched/bent

I know Eddas - I'm not a big fan either - but they have monthly expenses forms with wee receipts attached - they catch on everything if not contained in one of the wallet things.

Actually - I spose I could just have the actual expense sheet in my folder and a box file with the receipts in for future use - if at all.

I remember Polly Pockets.

Use an envelope and stick all the receipts in that, seal it and staple to the relevant expense claim form. Or if there are lots of receipts per form then maybe use the box file and stick each envelope in there for the future?

Yes - lots of receipts - so will prob use bix file and keep lever's nice and neat!
