Is it best to work a Monday when working part time?

I work part time, i work 3 days in the office and 1 day from home. Is it best to work a Monday?

most places do bank hols pro rata so makes nodifference - is that what you meant

i work 4 days a week and have monday off - for me its an advantage as our bank holidays are pro-rata and i get extra annual leave to take as and when. Equally having worked various combinations found monday to work best for me.

I work PT and love having Monday off as I really need a day to get everything in order at the beginning of the week. It helps me get organised and the whole week works much more smoothly. But everyone is different. A friend of mine said she knows she would be slow to get going at home herself on a Monday, so prefers to have this as a work day.

I work Weds-Fri and I love it. This week I swapped days and worked Monday and it not only made the week feel much longer, it also meant I was far more stressed on Sunday night than I ever usually get on Tuesday night.

I know people who have Friday off so they can have early starts to long weekends, but I like my catching-up day!
