hi all,
some may remember my recent thread about resigning from work to spend more time with the kids. I then resolved to amend my hours to part-time because I was worried about money issues.
My work have just advertised for my full-time replacement and have advertised it at nearly twice my wage for the same responsibility. I even drafted the job description!
I feel completely taken advantage of! I could afford a nanny at that wage! I feel like applying for my own job....
Sorry, I am so angry and needed a rant!!
