I have a client that is a nightclub - round trip of 5 hours for £60. (Don't charge for travelling and its an hour each way).
He is continually late for opening up - and I end up standing in the cold for up to 45mins.
Today was the last straw and I waited for 30 mins and then came home.
Got text from him saying his new gf had m/c at 6wks and he'd not had much sleep last night.
Am I cruel bitch by saying - suck it up - you could've let me know?? or do I give them another chance?
