I have found a small part time job which would be £14733.00 per annum if i did 37.5 hours but position is 16hrs so what would be the pro rata amount?

Should have said you take 14733.00 divided by 37.5 which gives the hourly rate and then x 16.

The impact of tax and NI might make the net difference smaller than the gross difference.
