Grievance meeting question

I had a grievance hearing and there were 7 points for discussion, quite clearly set out.

When I received the decision at the weekend these points had changed including one that wasn't discussed at the meeting (but was raised in another later grievance because it hadn't happened at the time of this grievance being made). I made it quite clear in the meeting that we would discuss anything relating to the issue raised in the second grievance at the proper hearing for that grievance.

I am also frustrated that they're not following their own grievance procedure. The procedure states that the hearing will be conducted by the line manager and any appeal will be heard by "the senior line manager (line manager's line manager)". I was expecting to see my line manager and the HR advisor at the meeting as per the letter sent to me. There was another person there who I did not know. The appeal manager is also not my line manager's line manager.

They have also not sent me the minutes as agreed and there are actions detailed in the grievance decision that I supposedly agreed to - but I did not (and the person who attended on my behalf disagrees with their version too).

My question is this: when making my appeal obviously I will state which bits of the decision are inaccurate/down right fabricated and ask them to answer the specific questions I asked of them in the hearing, but do I complain about the grievance hearing not being held correctly then or in a separate grievance?

They have also asked me to provide statements of variation regarding my terms and conditions but I would have thought (and indeed it was discussed after the meeting) it would be their responsibility to provide these? I don't think I was ever issued with one when I changed offices but I do have my original contract of employment.

They have also told me that if my job has been made redundant whilst on maternity leave they don't have to consult until I am about to return from maternity leave. That is BS isn't it?

Sorry it's long. I am getting very angry about all this and would really appreciate any help.
