Hi Everyone

I have worked for the nhs for 12 years, however in the past 2 years I have had 2 jobs, my previous for 1 year(this was a promotion but I actually did less than my former , lower banded post and felt de skilled and de moralised and looked for another post, however my current post is a lower band - but resembled a post I had been in for 5 years) and my current for 6 mths. I have an interview next week for what would be a promotion, how do I explain my moves in a positive manner. I feel that although I have only been in my current post for 6 mths it has given me my confidence back and consolidated my skills. I have learnt new things and been taken out of my comfort zone, but it has also made me realise I want more than a run of the mill admin post, I am more than capeable but just need to make it sound feasible??? Any advice??

Sounds fine to me - in NHS folk move around so much its unlikely to be seen as anegative thing
