Was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of recent developments in community nursing and what is 'big' atm TIA

I'm not a nurse but used to manage nurses - I'd suggest you have a look at news & info on RCN website, excellent regarding personal development, employment issues and clinical governance change etc. Regarding your particular interest I suggest you take a look and join up to their forum:
