Earlier this month i decided to go back to work as my DD2 has started school fulltime this term.I registered with a few employment agencies (i'm an accountant) and also sent a few CVs out 'on spec'.Several of the companies I'd sent my CV to got back to me and I have now accepted a lovely job to fit in with school hours with one.I told the employment agencies I had found a position so to scrub out my name. But they are bobarding me with emails and now phone calls to see where I am working. If I tell them i am concerned that they will hassle my new employer ?
Anyone any experience of this .WWYD?Fed up of call screening!

Yes, the agencies want to add your new employer to their list for cold calling.

I would simply tell the agencies that you are not at liberty to give out those details, and disconnect the call.

Well done on finding a suitable job, good luck.
