Childcare tax breaks

Currently on maternity leave with DD2. Whilst on maternity my employers have continued to pay my childcare vouchers for DD1.
I am unsure as to whether I will return to work and wondered if I leave if I am obliged to pay any of the childcare payments backs?

No you don't have to, childcare vouchers count as benefits rather than cash compensation (salary) and employers have to keep paying benefits throughout OML and AML by law so they can't make you pay it back.

Many Thanks
