Help needed with "business" clothes

Have got a very important meeting next week, hopefully setting up a partnership between the company we have started and a massive consultancy. Only problem is that I am just pregnant, looking fatter than normal, size 18/20 and have never had a business like clothes in my life so question is what do I wear and where on earth do I get it from? Please help!

I would wear bakc or navy plain suit from M&S or the like, with plain white t-shirt underneath.

Black or navy court shoes or slingbacks to complete the look.

Normally wear extremely casual, plus am 25 so will feel severely out of my depth! What kind of suit? How long should the jacket be and do you think skirt or trousers?

Just plain suit, jacket length depends on your height build. Just try a few on and see what you like.

Usually next/M&S have several styles of plain suits, just take them all in and try them on until you find one you love

Wish i would look like that in it! Tried one on like that and it just hung from my shoulders and the sleeves were too long - i looked like i'd been playing dressing up! Think I need to try next, looks like they've got loads plus didn't realise they do up to a 20. It's going to have to be big to go round my tummy!

Actually do they sell maternity suits anywhere?
