WE CAN WORK IT OUT!

A personal development workshop to help you in to work or training

I am a certified life coach and have recently received a grant to provide coaching and personal development workshops for individuals who would like to return to work or training. I also have young children and understand the difficulties associated with a return to work. I went through a career change to better suit my family life and would like to support others to do the same, or return to work or enter training.

During this workshop you will

  • learn the basics of Life Coaching, including goal-setting and problem-solving
  • identify your strengths and preferred learning style
  • set a work goal and a plan to succeed
  • be coached one to one, by me
  • hear from a recruitment agency manager about self-marketing
  • create a quality CV
  • consider volunteering opportunities which are relevant to your job search

Workshops are held at Latchett Church , Latchett Road, South Woodford E18 1DL (off Chigwell Road). The day begins at 9.30am and will come to a close at around 5pm. However, those who need to leave for the school run will not miss out and will still benefit greatly. The course is free and lunch is provided.

Telephone 0208 505 8076 or email [email protected] for further details and an application form.

All the best

Hi Lizzie,

Brilliant news that you got funding to run your course. I am in a similar field - specialised redudancy counsellor but further south. It is always good to hear when women down south get free access to courses - usually the domain of the north! Good luck and I hope you get lots of attendees.

All the best,
Melanie
