Interview tips needed!!!!

Hi Everyone

I have an interview for a Senior Administrator in a University, can anyone offer any advice on what questions I might be asked or questions I could ask, my previous experience is all nhs based so any insight would be very much appreiciated.

My advice is to examine the Person Specification for the job carefully - all teh questions should be based around testing whether you have the competencies described on it ( and I'm sure you have). They should not be asking you anything else.

Also prepare by looking at your achievements ad working out what fab competencies you demonstrated in achieving each of them - then fit them to your answers. This will make answering by using examples much much easier - you won't be grasping for examples for the first time in teh interview
