I have 2 p/t roles where i work (one admin and one project) and i was informed in october that the project role was under redundancy and admin hours reduced both as from the end of march 10.
I have just been offered a p/t job of 15 hours and am thinking of taking the redundancy for the project role and keeping my admin hours to make 2 p/t jobs. This means i will be paid less though.
I can also apply for a similar project role where I am working already but may not get this. I have worked for the organisation 5 years.
I have 2 interviews next week (one for a full time job and another for a part time job).
I like where i work, but can't risk not taking a job which is fairly secure as i am on redundancy
what do i do?
